I started ZIQR because I wanted news that informs without overwhelming. As Founder & Editor, I’m shaping a publication that spans world affairs, business, science, culture, and even food, all built around one belief: stay informed, stay reflective. It’s my biggest learning project yet, and it grows a little with every issue.

I’m Arman Dharani, founder of ZIQR and a future MD based in Houston. I focus on building purposeful tools, stories, and systems that inform, reflect, and inspire. Whether I’m shaping a publication, planning an event that brings a community together, or launching something new, I try to lead with curiosity and finish with clarity.
I’m still early in my journey and learning as I go, which is honestly my favorite part. Every project teaches me something about people, about building, and about myself. Everything I create is rooted in that same drive: to stay curious, stay thoughtful, and leave things a little better than I found them.
